1. Introduction

Welcome to FillyForm, operated by CODEPULSE IO SRL ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fillyform.com and app.fillyform.com (collectively referred to as "Platform" or "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The website, application, and services are provided at fillyform.com and app.fillyform.com.

  • User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

  • Subscription: A recurring payment plan for accessing the Service.

  • Third-Party Providers: External services such as OpenAI, Firebase, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity, and payment gateways like Stripe.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

FillyForm is a subscription-based service. Users must select a plan and provide valid payment details. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

3.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By default, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

4. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR and Romanian regulations).

  • Not misuse the Platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, trademarks, and content on the Platform belong to CODEPULSE IO SRL. Users cannot copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

 

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

FillyForm integrates with third-party providers, including OpenAI, Firebase, HubSpot, Stripe, Google Analytics, Clarity, and other analytics tools. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their practices. While OpenAI processes user queries, no personal information is shared with OpenAI. Firebase handles event tracking, while Stripe processes payments securely.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the User in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
